The Fourth of July brings out some weirdos - adults who try and bowl over kids at parades to get candy to be more precise. I have seen adults misbehave - hell, I misbehave every once in a while. But this woman (not pictured) took the cake.
And then there was the guy who was holding his dog like a child patting the dog's ass as though he was burping an infant. What are these people thinking?
